• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and positive work environment for all employees.

• To counsel the absentee workers and identify the root cause

• To make sure monitor workers` facilities (canteen, restroom, drinking water, childcare, medical services) to ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Conduct regular meetings with WPC and Safety committee to understand and address their concerns

• To maintain grievance registers and ensure timely resolution of worker complaints

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Labor Rules (2015), Better Work ILO standards, and buyer COC requirements

• Conduct training on workplace ethics, gender equality, anti-harassment police & Management training As per compliance requirement

• To maintain corresponding data Records/Log/ Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the HR Head

• Ensure employee participation in games & sports, social & cultural event

• Managing different types of committees & their activity
