  • Minimum Masters in any subject/ MBA in HRM/PGD HRM will be preferable.

  • Should be SMART, Sound Health, Result & Goal Oriented, Ability to work under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Regular counseling of absentee workers to reduce absenteeism rate.

  • Inspecting the floor, taking cognizance of various problems and grievances of the workers and taking necessary steps to solve the problems.

  • Overseeing floor compliance/housekeeping and employee health and safety issues of all production floors of the factory as per Labor Act 2006 and Bayer`s Code of Conduct.

  • Identification of maternity women, registration and supervision of various matters of registered maternity mothers.

  • Conducting monthly medical checkup follow-up of pregnant women and providing maternity training to pregnant women.

  • Provision of payment of first and second installments to registered maternity mothers.

  • Regular supervision of the general environment and various facilities of the workers` dining hall.

  • Overseeing the overall environment, rules, and facilities of the Child Care Center and Medical Center.

  • Activities such as monitoring occupational accidents occurring in the factory, conducting Injury Investigation, Injury Root Cause Analysis, Updating the Injury Register, sending accident notices to the Inspectorate of Factories, etc. to complete.

  • Counseling and training workers on various issues such as company rules, regulations, codes of conduct and procedures of various buyers.

  • Disseminating various notices, notices, circulars and awareness information through PA system as per daily requirement to inform the workers.

  • Organizing meetings of all existing committees (eg Participation Committee (PC) & Safety Committee, Grievance Committee, Anti-Harassment Committee etc) in the factory, preparation of meeting notices and minutes and documentation.

  • To update the list and pictures of the members of all the committees (eg Participation Committee (PC) & Safety Committee, Grievance Committee, Anti-Harassment Committee etc) existing in the factory and to monitor whether they are placed on the floor.

  • Informing all concerned to update the list and picture of fire fighters and first aiders on the floor.

  • To ensure that any kind of discrimination, harassment and abuse related activities do not take place on the floor.

  • Preparing entire factory for visit/audit, ensuring housekeeping of all floors and providing all necessary documents for any buyer visit or audit.

  • Regular awareness and training of workers on their safety, health and hygiene regulations.

  • Maintaining regular contact with various committee members of the factory.

  • Determining factory training requirements, preparing training plans and schedules.

  • Completing all administrative tasks.

  • Keeping documentary records of all training and awareness programs organized in the factory and regularly updating related training files.

  • Providing necessary PPE to the concerned workers working in the factory and supervising PPE management and distribution.

  • Conduct orientation training for new employees and maintain necessary records.

  • Active participation in complaint management (eg receiving complaints, investigating, redressal of complaints and complaints solution etc.).

  • To assist the workers in availing their due leave, various benefits and any legal benefits.

  • Informing the department head of any kind of discrepancy, irregularity and suspicious activities within the factory.

  • In addition to all the above duties and responsibilities, perform the duties assigned by the Head of Department at any time.
