Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with the central HR, Compliance & floor people.
∎ Announce on different issues through PA System.
∎ Arrange payments for maternity related cases as per policy.
∎ Grievance ( Various issues ) & absenteeism.
∎ Workers counseling & motivation.
∎ Assist in medical & Day care as instructed.
∎ Assist in First aid training, firefighting training & awareness on other compliance issues.
∎ Assist with workers management in canteen during lunch.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Literacy is essential.
∎ Good Communicate skill in English.
∎ Clear understanding with vast knowledge on local labor law 2006, Experience in 100% compliant RMG factory.

Salary: Negotiable
