Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Arts (MA) in Law
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
∎ To counsel the absentee workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism & turnover.
∎ To counsel workers on safety health & hygiene issues.To make them aware in relation to their reports & privilege, employment rules, terms & conditions.
∎ Conduct the awareness training program on rules and regulations as per Buyer's COC & law of the country.
∎ To establish contacts and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water etc.
∎ To advice and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.
∎ Handle all grievances as per labor laws.
∎ To maintain compliance as per company policy.
∎ To conduct orientation for new employees
∎ To update the training Schedules as per TNA (Buyer's code & low of the country) Orientation schedules as for new employees as per ISO requirements. Salary & wages safety & Security Procedure, Health Procedure, Accident Procedure.
∎ To maintain all training related register and documents.
∎ To maintain corresponding data-records/log/registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit to the manager (HR & Compliance)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ • Good knowledge on Social Compliance Issues
∎ • Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 (Amended 2013, 2018 & Rules 2015), buyer compliance and code of conduct and regulations of the country.
∎ • Experienced in Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Human Resources & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Report Writing, Training & Development
∎ • Applicant must have fluent English Communications.
∎ • Other Skill Required: Bangla Typing, Microsoft Excel and Power Point Presentation.
