∎ Graduates from other Psychology field is also preferred.
Experience Requirements:

Compliance
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Worker grievance handling
∎ Develop workers awareness on compliance issues
∎ Training workers on compliance issues
∎ Worker orientation and induction for new workers
∎ Inquire the absent worker and find the reason and report to management
∎ Periodically participate in the weekly visit to the absentees' residence
∎ Assist Factory HR manager to keep sound working condition in the factory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on labor law and compliance rules
Salary: Negotiable
