∎ Ø সঠিক পরিকল্পনা প্রস্তুতকরার মাধ্যমে মার্কেটের পরিধী, লভ্যাংশ এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের গ্রোথ বৃদ্ধি করতে হবে।
∎ Ø সঠিক পন্য বাছাই করে তা গ্রাহককে প্রদান করতে হবে। সেজন্য যথাযথ মনিটরিং পরিকল্পনা তৈরী করতে হবে।
∎ Ø সরবরাহকৃত ফিড এর গুণগতমান উন্নয়নে মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে হবে যে তা গ্রহকের প্রত্যাশা পূরণ করে ভালো অভিজ্ঞতার সৃষ্টি করতে হবে।
∎ Ø সহজতর সাপ্লাই চেইন মেনেজমেন্ট পদ্ধতি বাস্তবায়ন করতে হবে যেন গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিবিধান নিশ্চিত হয়।
∎ Ø সাপ্লাইদের সাথে নেগছিয়েশন করে সঠিক সময় ইনপুট সেন্টেরে পন্য পৌছানো এবং বিতরণ শিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
∎ Ø মার্কেটিং পরিকল্পনা উন্নয়ন করে প্রতিষ্ঠানের লক্ষ্য বাস্তবায়ন করতে হবে।Ø কাঙ্খিত গ্রাহক নিশ্চিত করতে হবে এবং ভালো রিলেশন প্রস্তুতের মাধ্যমে প্রতিষ্ঠানের পণ্যের প্রচার ও প্রসার করতে হবে।
∎ Ø উচ্চ মাত্রায় গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
∎ Ø যে কোন ধরণের কনফ্লিক্ট তাৎক্ষনিক সমাধান প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ Ø ট্রেড বিজনেস এর সরকারি নীতিমালা সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø একজন মনিটরিং অফিসার হিসেবে মার্কেট, গ্রাহক সহ সবাকিছু সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø নেতৃত্ব দেয়ার গুণাবলি থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপনা বাস্তবায়ন করতে হবে।
∎ Ø ঝুকি হ্রাসে পরিকল্পনা তৈরী করে যথাযথ বাস্তবায়ন করতে হবে।
∎ Ø ব্যাবসার চলমান মূনাফা লাভের প্রকৃয়া অব্যাহত রাখতে হবে।
∎ আবেদনের যোগ্যতাঃ
∎ Ø প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই ব্যাচেলর/মাস্টার ডিগ্রী কৃষি, ব্যবসায় প্রশাসন, কৃষিবিদ্যা, অথবা রিলিভেন্ট ফিল্ডে দিত্বীয় বিভাগ থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই সীড ব্যবসাতে-তে ৬ বছর এর চাকরি করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø কৃষি মার্কেট, কৃসি উৎপাদন মৌশম ভিত্তিক এবং নিয়ন্ত্রণকারী সংস্থা সম্পর্কে স্পষ্ট ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø টীম লিড করার গুণাবলি থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø ফাইনান্সিয়াল এনালাইসিস, বাজেট ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং পারফরম্যান্স উন্নয়নের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

We are working to facilitate access to finance, input and marketplace for smallholder farmers across 23 zones in Bangladesh.
Our motto: Investing in Agriculture, simplified. WeGro provides a mobile app platform (both Android and iOS) where users can facilitate finance for agricultural projects, such as cattle, poultry, fisheries, vegetables, etc. With projects in Sirajganj, Pabna, Khulna, Bogura, Rongpur, Mymensingh, etc. WeGro is working with over 3500 farmers across 28 zones in the country.
Almost 10 Million farmers across the country do not have access to finance. With hopes of addressing this problem, WeGro provides investment and guidance to smallholder farmers who are otherwise unable to access formal financing elsewhere. Additionally, farmers can also avail access to agricultural input and access to markets. All of the projects are insured, monitored, scrutinized and available for the financiers to visit. After the output is produced, we sell the products to their partners (Chaldal, Parmeeda, Apon Wellbeing, Khaas Food Limited, etc.), thus ensuring fair prices for the farmers. Our profit sharing model ensures that the farmers and the financiers receive a share of the profit and the ROI is higher compared to other financial instruments.
