Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all the projects component of the Falgu Argo farm, land areas and put up a detail plan for fisheries, fruit, vegetable and other projects.
∎ Handling the marketing and sale of products produced in the farm like fruit, vegetables, related products and fisheries related products.
∎ Maintain & monitoring all records of fisheries, fruit and plantation related purchase.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales.
∎ Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records and training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
∎ Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.
∎ Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
∎ Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.
∎ State officer must have experience of maintains the Mouza wari land related documents, Porcha, survey record, mouza map, Title/ Bia deed, mutation paper.
∎ State officer should have Experience in land survey, land transfer and registration, CS/ SA/ RS, land record and map / porcha, online mutition/khazna, payment system etc.
