∎ Ø এরিয়ার নিয়ন্ত্রনাধীন উপজেলার ফিল্ড স্টাফদের নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
∎ Ø প্রত্যেকদিন ফিল্ড অফিসারদের চলমান প্রোকল্পগুলোতে ভিজিট করতে হবে।
∎ Ø সমস্যাযুক্ত প্রোকল্পগুলোতে প্রযোজনে একাধিকবার ভিজিট করতে হবে।
∎ Ø ফিল্ড অফিসারদের সকল কাজ শিখিয়ে নমুনা ভিত্তিতে যাচাই করতে হবে।
∎ Ø এরিয়ার ফিল্ড অফিসারের সকল কাজ সরাসরি তদারকী, জবাবদিহিতা ও তাদের দায়বদ্ধতা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
∎ Ø ফিল্ড অফিসার তাদের জব ডেসক্রিপসন অনুযায়ী কাজ করছে কিনা তা যাচাই করতে হবে এবং অসঙ্গতি পরিলক্ষিত হলে তা সংশোধনে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø উইগ্রো টেকনোলজিস লিঃ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত নীতিমালা মোতাবেক কৃষকের ঋণ প্রস্তাব শতভাগ যাচাই করে তা অনুমোদনের জন্য যথাযথ পদোক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø ফিল্ড অফিসার কর্তৃক সুপারিশকৃত ঋণের ফাইল ও উচ্চমান কৃষক ভর্তির বিষয়টি শতভাগ যাচাই করতে হবে।
∎ Ø প্রতি মাসে একবার রিজিওনাল অফিসে মিটিং করতে হবে। উক্ত মিটিং এ প্রোকল্পের অগ্রগতি নিয়ে ফলোআপ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø উইগ্রো টেকনোলজিস লিঃ এর প্রতিটি প্রোকল্পের বাজেটীয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণে ফলোআপ, নির্দেশনা ও সহযোগীতা করতে হবে।
∎ Ø প্রত্যেকবার ভিজিটকৃত উপজেলার কৃষকদের দলের মধ্যে কমপক্ষে ৪টি কৃষকের দল পরিদশন করতে হবে।
∎ Ø এরিয়ার প্রোকল্পগুলোর বড় ও জটিল খেলাপী কৃষকদের সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করা ও তা উত্তলনের ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø এরিয়ার নিয়ন্ত্রনাধীন প্রোকল্পগুলোর মামলা ও টাকা আদায়ের অগ্রগতি ফলোআপ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø এরিয়ার নিয়ন্ত্রনাধীন উচ্চমান কৃষক নির্বাচন করে ঋণ বিতরণ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø উইগ্রো টেকনোলজিস লিঃ এর নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সকল বিল ভাইচার প্রস্তুত ও অনুমোদনের সুপারিশ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø প্রধান কার্যালয়ের সাথে প্রতি মাসে এক/দুই দিন বিভিন্ন বিভাগীয় প্রধানদের সাথে মিটিং করতে হবে।
∎ Ø প্রতি সপ্তাহে পরিদশনকৃত রিপোট প্রধান কার্যালয়ে অপারেশন বিভাগ প্রধান ও রিজিওনাল ম্যানেজার বরাবর প্রেরণ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø কর্তৃপক্ষের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সাপ্তাহিক/পাক্ষিক/মাসিক রিপোট দিতে হবে।
∎ Ø প্রকল্পে বড় ধরণের কোন অনিয়ম পরিলক্ষিত হলে তৎক্ষণাত রিজিওনাল ম্যানেজারের মাধ্যমে অপারেশন প্রধানকে জানাতে হবে।
∎ Ø নতুন ও প্রশিক্ষণার্থী স্টাফদের দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ভূমিকা পালন করতে হবে।
∎ Ø উইগ্রো টেকনোলজিস লিঃ এর সকল প্রোকল্প সঠিক বাস্তবায়নে ভূমিকা পালন করতে হবে।
∎ Ø উর্ধ্বতনের সিদ্ধান্ত মোতাবেক ক্ষেত্র বিশেষ এ বিশেষ দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে।
∎ Ø অডিট আপত্তি নিরসনে যথাযথ পদোক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø রিজিওনের স্টাফদের মধ্যে থেকে কম দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন স্টাফ চিহ্নিত করে তাদের দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।
∎ Ø সকল প্রকার আর্থিক লেনদেনের সঠিকতা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
∎ Ø উইগ্রো টেকনোলজিস লিঃ এর প্রতিটি প্রকল্পের মাস ভিত্তিক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নির্ধারণ করে তা বাস্তবায়নে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষ্যেপ গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø আপনি আপনার সকল কাজের জন্য রিজিওনাল ম্যানেজারের মাধ্যমে হেড অফ অপারেশন এর নিকট দায়বদ্ধ থাকবেন।
∎ Ø ম্যানেজমেন্ট কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত যে কোন কাজ করতে হবে।
∎ আবেদনের অন্যান্য যোগ্যতাসমূহঃ
∎ Ø আবেদনকারীকে বাংলাদেশে প্রতিষ্ঠিত এনজিওতে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক হিসেবে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের চাকুরির অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø ৮-১০ জন অধিনস্ত স্টাফ পরিচালনায় পারদর্শি হতে হবে।
∎ Ø আবেদনকারীর ব্যাক্তিগত মোটরসাইকেল থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø আবেদনকারীকে স্নাতক/স্নাতোকত্তর পাশ হতে হবে এবং আবেদনকারীর বয়স সর্বেোচ্চ ৪০ বছর হতে পারে।

With hopes of addressing this problem, WeGro provides investment and guidance to smallholder farmers who are otherwise unable to access formal financing elsewhere. Additionally, farmers can also avail access to agricultural input and access to markets. All of the projects are insured, monitored, scrutinized and available for the financiers to visit. After the output is produced, we sell the products to their partners (Chaldal, Parmeeda, Apon Wellbeing, Khaas Food Limited, etc.), thus ensuring fair prices for the farmers. Our profit sharing model ensures that the farmers and the financiers receive a share of the profit and the ROI is higher compared to other financial instruments.
