Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overall management of cooking and feeding demonstration session for the assigned camps as well as field supervision of homestead gardening at camp level
∎ Responsible to prepare training module on cooking feeding demonstration, festoon, Training reports on Daily, monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual basis or as per reporting procedure of donor and within deadlines and provide documents/report to the organization as per need or instruction
∎ Responsible for strengthening Complaints Feedback & Response Mechanism (CFRM) at camp level
∎ Organize field team in order to assure the regular presence of Training/session beneficiary
∎ Regular Training Follow up and finding Gap in proper training implementation
∎ Support Field facilitator on methodology and tool for assessment as well as provide training as per guideline if needed
∎ Support Project Officer to overcome challenges and convey desired outcome from Training
∎ Ensure proper and timely delivery of the training/session contents according to the training module
∎ Responsible to provide all type of support during training/workshop/meeting period and communicate, coordinate & cooperate with all units and provide logistic support in time as their need
∎ Follow up field activities at regular basis
∎ Maintain Proper Training documentation and Ensure Training Materials
∎ Execute any other task assigned by supervisor/ management
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This role is responsible for overall implementation of venue base training on cooking and feeding demonstration as well as Complaints Feedback & Response Mechanism (CFRM). She/he will also be responsible for procurement support (for cooking and feeding demonstration) of resilience project in the respective field offices by maintaining standard procedures and organization guideline.
