∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing financial statements in proper format that should be ready to submit to NBR and to government authorities if needed.
∎ Preparing TDS, VDS challan & submitting to authorized banks within stipulated time.
∎ Ensure TDS & VDS deduction· regularly Check Challan Patraw (Mushok - 6.3) and VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) Certificate (Mushok-6.6) issue Against Suppliers' bills of the company.
∎ Regularly supervise Factory VAT Register, Purchase Register, Mushok - 6.1, Sales Register Mushok-6.2 and Transfer Challan Mushok-6.5 of the company.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT return and submit to VAT office (Mushak-9.1) manual and online return submission and collection of Treasury Challan from Finance & Accounts Department.
∎ Timely update of Mushok - 4.3 (price declaration). Visit all RDC of the company and liaison with VAT Authority Circles, Division and Commissioner Office.
∎ Submitting monthly Tax & VAT statements to respective Tax & VAT Zones as per the prescribed format of NBR.
∎ Must have skills in local VAT, Tax practices & maintaining good relationships with respective tax/VAT zone.
∎ Handling VAT audit & preparation all necessary documents.
∎ Working proactively to avoid any financial penalties/charges to a company that may result from the failure of Legal documents that related with TAX and VAT, and late submission of VAT/Tax, etc.
∎ Vast knowledge about VAT Act, Rules & SROs.
∎ Knowledge about VAT 6.10 & other VAT related documents.
∎ Any other work assigned by management.
