∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Accounts & Admin role is integral to the smooth functioning of AHZ Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. This
∎ position combines responsibilities in both financial management and administrative support, ensuring
∎ the efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks including
∎ bookkeeping, payroll management, office administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Accounts Management:
∎ - Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger,
∎ and bank reconciliations.
∎ - Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
∎ - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports for management review.
∎ - Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, and
∎ other applicable taxes.
∎ - Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and handle bank transactions.
∎ 2. Administrative Support:
∎ - Oversee day-to-day office operations including procurement of office supplies, managing vendor
∎ relationships, and coordinating maintenance services.
∎ - Maintain and organize company documents, records, and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality
∎ and accessibility.
∎ - Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.
∎ - Support HR functions such as employee record maintenance, onboarding new staff, and coordinating
∎ training sessions.
∎ - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
∎ 3. Compliance and Reporting:
∎ - Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to finance and
∎ administration.
∎ - Prepare and submit timely reports to government bodies, auditors, and other stakeholders as
∎ required.
∎ - Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
∎ 4. Vendor and Client Management:
∎ - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and
∎ ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ - Manage client accounts, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer
∎ satisfaction.
∎ 5. Process Improvement:
∎ - Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting and administrative functions to
∎ enhance efficiency and accuracy.
∎ - Implement best practices in financial management and office administration to support the
∎ company’s goals.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ - Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting and office administration, preferably in the food
∎ processing or manufacturing industry.
∎ - Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications,
∎ particularly Excel and Word.
∎ - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and
∎ administrative tasks.
∎ - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively
∎ with all levels of the organization.
∎ - Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of
∎ responsibility and the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ - Integrity: Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all financial and
∎ administrative matters.
