Job Context:
∎ We are a Digital Marketing Agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently, we are looking for 2 Web Development Trainees who will be a part of our Web Development team. It’s a full-time office job, and the hired persons will have the opportunity to learn from the experts.
∎ Employment Status: Full Time - Evening shift (2:00 pm to 11:00 pm)
∎ Job Location: 1107/A, Baitul Aman Housing Society Ring Road, Adabor, Dhaka - 1207, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The hired persons will assist in the following tasks and will work exclusively under the Design and Development team leader:
∎ Applying to various Web Design and Development projects
∎ Bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing.
∎ Adding the Web Design and Development leads/deals in our CRM.
∎ Developing and implementing web development lead generation strategies.
∎ And other day-to-day web-development tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year of work experience in online marketplaces like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, etc., will be considered as plus.
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate with native English-speaking clients.
∎ Sound knowledge of IT terminologies (Especially in Web design and web development).
∎ Better to have sound knowledge in day-to-day software/tools like Microsoft word, excel, google sheets, Dropbox, zoom, etc.
∎ Fast learner and dynamic.
∎ Good analytical ability.

Salary: Negotiable
