Job Context:
∎ WAVE Foundation is looking for experienced candidates with expertise and good understanding on latest web technologies and visual design. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing WordPress sites for the organization and will be delivering on time excellent visual experience in print and digital designs for web sites, social media and e-newsletters.
∎ WAVE Foundation, a national NGO has been working in the domain of Sustainable Livelihood, Democratic Governance and Social Development & Climate Resilience since 1990. WAVE invites application from potential candidates for the above mentioned position
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing/redesigning WordPress website with a focus on quality and fast turnaround times
∎ Build WordPress plugins and themes
∎ Maintenance of website i.e. domain, hosting, security updates and back up, content upload and editing etc.
∎ Develop creative assets for websites, e-newsletters, and social media sites
∎ Bring ideas and concepts to life through results-oriented designs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years related experience in web design/visual design roles.
Salary: Negotiable
