Job Responsibilities:
∎ This person will be responsible for ideating, prototyping, designing, and deploying multiple websites with a focus on quality and fast turnaround times.
∎ Design and build audience-centric, rich, and interactive website experiences (that work across web and mobile platforms) to achieve cohesive campaigns and brand experiences.
∎ Combine the graphics, messaging, and call to action that translates into engaging online assets.
∎ Create SEO-friendly websites focused on best practices.
∎ Maintain Company's domain and hosting account and business.
∎ These are the main responsibility but not to limit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 2-year related experience in web/visual design roles. We did not care about your education. We just want a person who is a real problem solver and smart in his work.
∎ Excellent command of the English language is highly recommended.
∎ Working experience in Domain, hosting management and troubleshooting any problem.
∎ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD.
∎ Fluency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, PHP, MySQL is required.
∎ Experience in MVC framework.
∎ Understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior and ability to apply that knowledge.
∎ The candidate should be a self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to handle projects with minimal direction.
∎ Detail-oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 23000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Weekend: Sunday
∎ Other Facilities as per company policy.
