Job Context:
∎ Alternative Recruitment counts on our Agent Communication and Support department to interact professionally with our valued Agents when they have questions or concerns. We`re looking for a highly skilled Agent service representative and a Computer Operator to join our team, managing inbound phone calls, and email requests with a helpful approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues that come up with our Agent-first business mentality.
∎ Answering Emails, phone calls, WhatsApp call & message of Agents and resolving complaints, providing information which will actually Agents want and collecting necessary documents of applicants from the agent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will have to attend to inbound calls, messages, emails, etc. from national and international Agents, universities and students who want to know information about respective.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skills as well as organizational skills.
∎ Must fulfill the responsibilities immediately and accurately and Report from time to time to the team leader. Asking for help responsively from higher authority to solve complicated issues.
∎ The prospect candidate will also possess strong fleet management, business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Understanding and/or Identifying Agents' inquiries, requests, needs, and complaints to provide the simplest and the best solutions to clients.
∎ Respond to Agent inquiries via Mobile, Email, Whatsapp, online messages, and over the phone.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with existing Agents.
∎ Answer all Agent's queries regarding their Files and agreement policies.
∎ Instant Agent Special requirement Analyze and report on Agent's requirement and inform the Manager/ MD.
∎ Responsible for handling end-to-end all Agents achieve overall Agent service & Monthly Basis Revenue target.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated have the capacity to achieve the monthly Target.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on Agent satisfaction & Resolving Agent complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Understanding key Agent individual needs and addressing these knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
∎ Keeping Agents updated about their files.
∎ Multitask and work effectively under pressure with careful attention to detail.
∎ Collect necessary documents of the applicant from agents for applying for visa.
∎ Provide our Agents with the best-in-class Agent service, Provide products information from the Agent.
∎ The applicant will have to maintain a good relationship with universities and students, monitor and handle the day-to-day activities, and have to keep track of the orders received and deliveries made to the Agents.
∎ Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
∎ Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
∎ Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
∎ Must be loyal to the company and willing to take any challenge & Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in English Speaking and Writing.
∎ Good communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
