∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphic Design
∎ Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/ Multimedia/ Creative Design.
∎ However, educational qualifications will be relaxed for highly skilled candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ As a Graphics Designer, you will use your Graphic Design Skills to Develop Logos, Banner, flyers, Catalog, Visiting Card, Graphics Designs for Digital Media. You will Work in a Team of Graphics Designers, Digital Content Developers, Web Developers. You Have to be a Team Player.
∎ Working hour: 12 pm to 9 pm
∎ Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days in a week).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to develop and design innovative concepts and graphical presentations for organizational marketing, such as Logos, Web Banner, flyers, etc. for branding of the products.
∎ Develop & design digitize concepts in Adobe Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC other design tools.
∎ Complete understanding of requirements for digital & print design.
∎ Ability to work in a team as well as independently to make creative designs etc.
∎ Developing good design sense and applying this with proficiency in creating designs. Create Social Media content for different Social Media Sites.
∎ Should be able to write & speak English.
∎ Ability to do work on Windows OS.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure/urgent requests.
∎ Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Team leader.
∎ Design layouts, including a selection of colors, images, and typefaces.
∎ Present design concepts to clients or art directors.
∎ Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 20 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (must), Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro (Required)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, Web Media/Blog
∎ May have knowledge of - Google sheets, Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel (will add advantage).
∎ Knowing logo design, Image tracing, Raster to vector, the Pen tool is a must.
∎ Having sound knowledge and practical experience in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ Understanding the work instruction.
∎ Being able to work with a team.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
As per company policy.
