• Good communication skill in English & Bengali.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Develop and maintain websites with user-friendly designs.

• Development & maintain existing Web Site and new module if required.

• Good knowledge of Database Systems & Web Site Development.

• Ability to develop & customizations of theme & plugin by using PHP(Laravel)/.NET/React.

• Strong knowledge of SEO practices, tools, and techniques.

• Implementing Custom CMS Features: Work on custom plugins, modules, or add-ons to extend CMS functionality as needed by the project requirements.

• Must have ability to design, customize and modify Website Templates.

• Implement security measures, including data validation and sanitization, to protect against common vulnerabilities in CMS platforms.

• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks to meet project deadlines and business objectives.

• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge on Photoshop/Illustrator get extra advantages.
