∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Main Responsibility Under the instructions of GM/DGM Water Purifier Technician should provide technical support as required & maintain the machinery related to the water purifier.
∎ General Functions Assemble, commission, repair and maintain the water purifier machinery.
∎ Health & Safety Must comply with the standard health and safety requirements, to protect own selves and others by following safe working procedures.
∎ Should identify and notify supervisor of workplace hazards and incidents that could lead to injury, loss or damage.
∎ Receive general direction from General Manager or Deputy General Manger.
∎ Assess and monitor the changes to all machinery and equipment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties and Responsibilities Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
∎ Attend the duties assigned by GM/DGM at different stations.
∎ Record and Monitor the status of the machinery.
∎ Properly handle all the equipment and tools used at the work.
∎ Take the reading and report the status of all water purifier machinery.
∎ Assist in maintaining a proper inventory for all the equipment.
∎ Assist other technicians for taking data for analytical studies related to water purifier machines. ? Clean and paint the machinery (if required)
∎ Prepare maintenance schedule and execute them as required.
∎ Attend to preventive and breakdown maintenance for water purifier machines.
∎ Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly maintenance.
∎ Attend the damages, leakages and repair works.
∎ Wash and clean the various filters, membranes and other machine parts.
∎ Complete all the log sheets.
∎ Follow the safety practices and procedures.
∎ Conduct after sale machine servicing.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with staff within the company and also with the end users of company's products and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have basic knowledge about Electric connect, and pipe connect, knowledge, Skills and Abilities
∎ Ability to work long hours and be alert all the time
∎ Ability to perform or direct research projects; review and interpret research data and write reports on findings.
∎ Ability to make sound decisions in manner consistent with the essential job functions. ? Considerable knowledge of the basic principles in maintenance of machinery.
∎ Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Salary: Negotiable
