Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.
∎ Concentration in Wet & Dry Process is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure shipment/Delivery deadline are meet.
∎ To ensure rejection and low percentage (garments and chemicals) within the allowable limit.
∎ Develop new methods for increasing washing efficiency.
∎ To ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities.
∎ Capable of the utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.
∎ Should have good knowledge about the washing machine, different washing procedure, and chemical action.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ Any other task as & when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge of sustainable washes.
∎ Capable to work by utilizing less manpower.
∎ Good leadership quality and able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication and computer knowledge
