Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a potential and reliable incumbent who will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans and smooth financial operations.
∎ The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between accounts & finance department.
∎ Prepare daily periodic reports on fund management with the banks and various financial institutions.
∎ Coordinate with the commercial department for every transaction in terms of LCs/ BtB
∎ Monitor all kinds of loan & advances with the banks and various financial institutions.
∎ Monitor payment overdue against Term/ Time loans created and address/ escalate it.
∎ Check & Monitor loan facility renewal/ expiry with various banks, financial institutions & address/ escalate as appropriate report and presentation periodically to the management regarding fund positions.
∎ Evaluates the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
∎ Maintaining the financial health of the organization
∎ Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
∎ Estimate short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets with the guidance and direction of the concerned departmental head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years

∎ A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
∎ Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
∎ Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
∎ The ability to work independently.
