Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably in Wet Process / Dyeing & Finishing)

• Diploma in Textile Technology with relevant experience may also apply

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in garment washing (buying house or factory).

• Strong knowledge of denim, non-denim, and special wash techniques.

• Additional Requirements

• Strong understanding of wash effects, chemical application, and wash cost estimation.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate garment wash standards as per buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with washing factories to ensure correct recipe, shade, and hand feel.

• Review and approve wash samples (lab dips, shade bands, bulk) in line with buyer specifications.

• Communicate technical wash issues and provide practical solutions to factories and internal teams.

• Work closely with merchandising, QA, and production teams to maintain wash consistency in bulk.

• Maintain proper wash documentation, records, and test reports.

• Follow up wash performance, shrinkage, color fastness, and appearance after garment wash.

• Negotiable (based on experience and skill)
