Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in Anthropology/Sociology/Drama & Dramatics or Social Science. Any other relevant discipline from a reputed university preferably from public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract duration - 31 December 2020
∎ Start Date - As soon as possibile.
∎ Define the content, organize and supervise the hygiene promotion sessions with the targeted populations & innovative initiatives to promote HyP at field level and host community.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist for Planning and implementation.
∎ Ensure day-to-day implementation of the Hygiene promotion activities defined by his/her supervisor.
∎ Validate the relevance of the intervention area, the selection of beneficiaries.
∎ Support to plan the activities according to the development of the project and, implement as well.
∎ Follow the activity advancement by regular visits;
∎ Assist in defining the approach and presenting the activities with local stakeholders
∎ Understand context and propose improvement and/or new activities to reach objectives.
∎ Support to ensure proper activity report filling
∎ Assist for Monitoring and Capacity building.
∎ Regular monitor the hygiene promotional activities and WASH Volunteers at field level.
∎ Ensure volunteers capacity building for session facilitation
∎ Organizing the various day observations with participative activities
∎ Regular follow up and conduct HP activities at field level ;
∎ Conduct training and monitoring for WASH Committee and beneficiaries.
∎ Assist to Project officer-HP for preparing training budget.
∎ Assist to development of the IEC/ BCC materials and training module
∎ Defining the approach with local stakeholders, other organizations and LGIs.
∎ Support to develop an approach that create community demand and change community behaviours.
∎ Ensure communication is open between communities and ACF staffs and that feedback from people is reported to Sr. Project Officer.
∎ Ensure mainstreaming of gender and vulnerability involvement in the project
∎ Support to have proper documentation of the received and delivered materials in the field level
∎ Ensure the quality of the materials in the field level or in the base level (if needed)
∎ Ensure the availability and proper use of the materials in the field level
∎ Ensure steps of stock management (stock card, bin card etc.) as per the ACF policy including physical inventory when needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years proven technical WaSH experience in the field especially in hygiene promotional activity.
∎ Training/Session facilitation and report writing skills
∎ Experience in IEC/ BCC materials development,
∎ Experience on PHAST, PRA, RRA, KAP survey
∎ Knowledge on qualitative and quantitative research tools.
∎ Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator software and related software
∎ Experience in SPHINX, KoBo, ODK or related software will be added value
∎ Ability to communicate with people in local language (Cox's Bazaar)
∎ Good in English (written and verbal).

Salary: Tk. 36574 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance;
∎ End of Contract Benefits: as per organization policy.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year);
