∎ Team management, Activity planning, Report writing and computer skills.- Implementation in minimum supervision, coordination.
∎ Report writing, AutoCAD.
∎ Ability to work under limited supervision – Dynamism – Good report writing ability.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Objective 1: Implement of the ACF WASH activities
∎ Preparing the work plan considering the target of the project period.
∎ Ensure regular field visit to ensure implementation of the WASH activities as per the work plan and or defined by his/her supervisor.
∎ Assist to the line manager to validate the relevance of the intervention area, the selection of beneficiaries, and identification of committed players.
∎ Follow up the volunteer’s activity to ensure the project’s technical follow-up for his/her component.
∎ Follow the activity advancement by regular visits.
∎ Regular work with WASH community and user group to identify the GAP.
∎ Preparing the activity reports and case study
∎ Objective 2: Scaling up access to improved sanitation facilities
∎ Assist the line manager to prepare the drawing, design and BoQ of the facilities.
∎ Share the programme implementation barrier and propose solutions or improvements for better performance of the activities.
∎ Regular Monitoring the activity of the construction work.
∎ Preparing the details work plan for the construction work and implement as well.
∎ Assist the line manager for preparing the activity progress report of the relevant activities.
∎ Objective 3: Participate in Monitoring and Supervision of the project activities
∎ Ensure regular monitor the WASH activities at field level.
∎ Assist to the line manager to prepare monitoring tools according to the project indicators.
∎ Collect the daily, weekly and Bi weekly data as per programme needs.
∎ Monitor and follow up the volunteers’ activities.
∎ Assist and guidance the volunteers for smooth functioning of the project.
∎ Objective 4: Strengthening Ownership through Advocacy and Partnerships
∎ Assist to the line manager defining the approach with local stakeholders, other organizations and LGIs.
∎ Support management plan development with health centres management.
∎ Organize the training for the volunteers for capacity development.
∎ Objective 5: Efficient management of the field stock
∎ Assist to the line manager to proper required materials list for the procurement.
∎ Work with storekeeper and volunteers to ensure the quality of the materials in the field level or in the base level (if needed).
∎ Follow up to ensure the proper use of the materials in the field level.
∎ Work with storekeeper to ensuring the availability of the required materials (ensuring the SRO or relevant document) in the field level.
∎ Objective 6: Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary.
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities.
∎ Encourage the participation of all genders in meeting and on committees.
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
