• Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Job Context: As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring that the processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage inventory, coordinate with various departments, and lead a team to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Your leadership and organizational skills will be critical in maintaining the high standards of our warehouse operations. 

Key Responsibilities:       

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, accurate record-keeping, and efficient product flow.  

• To Control and look after overall warehouse operation including administrative work.

• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

• Ensure that all warehouse activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

• Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse operations and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales center, showroom, procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and operations.

• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and staff performance.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
