Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, & shipping goods.
- Manage & maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments of goods.
- Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in warehouse operations.
- Undertake any assigned tasks and projects as directed by management.
