Additional Requirements: - Age At least 20 years

- Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Nutrition/Supplement industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context: - Oversee overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required).
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff — assign tasks, train, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure timely product movement.
- Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts; report any discrepancies or damages.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of all products in the warehouse.
- Prepare and submit regular warehouse operation and inventory reports to management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments with gate pass and supporting documents.
- Maintain a visitor and vehicle logbook for warehouse entry/exit.
- Implement sealing and tagging procedures for all shipments leaving the warehouse.
- Conduct random security checks to prevent pilferage, misuse, or loss of inventory.
- Ensure all staff follow the company’s safety and security protocols during operations.
- Immediately report any suspicious activity, theft, or policy violation to HR and management.
