Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Food (Packaged)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, Highly confident based on experiences from other field also encourage to apply.

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Food (Packaged)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 20 years
• Only Male

• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Nutrition/Supplement industry will be preferred.

• Oversee overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required).
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff — assign tasks, train, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure timely product movement.
• Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts; report any discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of all products in the warehouse.
• Prepare and submit regular warehouse operation and inventory reports to management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor and control warehouse access — ensure only authorized personnel can enter storage areas.
• Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments with gate pass and supporting documents.
• Maintain a visitor and vehicle logbook for warehouse entry/exit.
• Implement sealing and tagging procedures for all shipments leaving the warehouse.
• Conduct random security checks to prevent pilferage, misuse, or loss of inventory.
• Ensure all staff follow the company’s safety and security protocols during operations.
• Immediately report any suspicious activity, theft, or policy violation to HR and management.

• Salary Review: Yearly
