Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Academic qualification may be relaxed for well deserving candidates).
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for self-driven and experienced Warehouse In-charge to organize and oversee the daily operations of warehouses in factory. The successful candidate will ensure that our operations are well-coordinated and productive.
∎ Job Location: ECTA Dhaka Ltd. (Near Dhaka EPZ), Village: Subondi (Natun Nagor), P.O. : Dhamsona, P.S. Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily warehouse operations Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing and order dispatching on a timely basis.
∎ Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
∎ Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
∎ Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
∎ Manage Workplace Safety & Health procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment.
∎ Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately Effectively ensure that the implementation of policies, procedures and work standards are met
∎ Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities and escalate any malfunction to the Realty Facility Manager
∎ Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
∎ Any other works as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Respective Field is preferable.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
∎ Good command in English Language and computer literacy is essential.
∎ Well conversant with Garment manufacturing process and quality aspects.
∎ Leader ship quality to motivating the work force to achieve the organizational objective, productivity, and discipline.
∎ Capable to handle high working load.
∎ Should be Honest & Proactive and able to work independently
Salary: Negotiable
