খামারের পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করা
মাসিক, ত্রৈমাসিক এবং বার্ষিক উৎপাদন লক্ষ্য অর্জন করা
খামারের উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম এবং পরিকল্পনায় সহায়তা করা
মৎস্য খামারের যেকোনো সমস্যা বিশ্লেষণ এবং সমাধান করা
মাঠ পর্যায়ের তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও বিশ্লেষণ করে ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রতিবেদন জমা দেওয়া।
