Job Context:
∎ ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of Hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for a Waiter/Waitress for its Hotel/Resorts at Cox’s Bazar & Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming the guests with a friendly attitude
∎ Guiding the customer towards the dinner table according to the number of persons
∎ Helping kitchen staff in food preparation whenever required
∎ Serving order to the customer
∎ Preparing tables according to proper sanitation standards
∎ Listening to the customer’s order carefully and attentively
∎ Giving suggestions regarding the dishes if asked by the customer
∎ Listening to customer complaints patiently and resolving them
∎ Working in a team to deliver a good customer experience
∎ Maintain the standard and quality of the service
∎ Ensuring that the crockery is properly sanitized and washed before serving
∎ Providing check-out slips and bills
∎ Accepting payment in debit or credit card
∎ Making sure the customer receives a proper farewell
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-4 Years in the same position in a reputable Hotel/Resort
∎ Proven 2+ years of experience working as a Restaurant Waiter/waitress
∎ Professional training in food safety will be mandatory
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to learn new things
∎ Ability to handle customers’ complaints
∎ Excellent customer service abilities in a fast-paced setting
∎ A keen eye on details
∎ Strong work ethics
∎ Good time management abilities
∎ Should be willing to work in shifts
∎ Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
∎ Ability to follow instructions
∎ Professional and polite
