Job Context:
∎ ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of Hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for a Supervisor (Engineering Dept.) for its Hotel/Resorts at Cox’s Bazar & Manikgonj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain records of all HSE training and meetings
∎ Be able to organize labor/ sub-contractors / plants/equipment in a safe and risk-free manner
∎ Ensure all Health and Safety matters are reported to heal of operations
∎ Champion Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental works on the Project
∎ Manage the development of safety plans and rigorously enforce implementation
∎ Facilitate risk assessments and safety audits
∎ Encourage and promote a project safety culture
∎ Provide leadership to the site team, subcontractors, and workforce in the development of their safety plans and procedures, an inspection of works/ daily execution activities to make sure using good/safe tools, machines, working platform etc.
∎ Provide feedback to the Senior Project Team on all safety and environmental matters Oversee Project supervisors, inspectors, first aid personnel, and other employees to ensure total compliance with regulations, and report to HSE manager
∎ Investigate and report all incidents with efficiency and ensure debriefs are conducted and actioned Develop safety audit schedule and assist in carrying out on-site audits and meetings, conduct thorough site inspections and support site to close out any actions arising
∎ Assist with the preparation of work method statements to encompass relevant construction processes
∎ MEP- Maintenance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 Years in the same position, in a reputable Hotel/Resort.
∎ Worked and construction companies on similar kinds of projects as HSE Engineer/Supervisor for at least 3 years.
