Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Waiters take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen.
∎ Waiters bring food and drinks from the kitchen to the customer's table.
∎ Waiters provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
∎ Waiters may process customer payments.
∎ Waiters should have a thorough knowledge of the menu to offer suggestions and upsell items.
∎ Waiters may greet and seat guests.
∎ Waiters may help open and close the facility.
∎ Waiters may help keep the facility clean and well-stocked.
∎ Waiters take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen.
∎ Waiters bring food and drinks from the kitchen to the customer's table.
