∎ Candidate who has work experience in the reputed hotel / food court / restaurant, will give preferences.
∎ F&B managers should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They should also have a strong understanding of food service operations and culinary knowledge
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating attractive menus that meet customer needs
∎ Hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards
∎ Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and analyzing sales and productivity data
∎ Ensuring customers are satisfied with the food and service
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
∎ Assisting with marketing events and developing marketing strategies
∎ Developing restaurant policies and procedures
∎ Managing operations within budget guidelines
∎ Delegating tasks to capable employees
∎ Working with suppliers to ensure the restaurant has the supplies it needs.
∎ Always try to increase the sales.
