Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary duty is to service, repair and maintain GREE air conditioners (VRFs)
∎ Must be able to read VRF system drawings and have knowledge of VRF system equipment.
∎ Must have knowledge of daily operations and proper maintenance of equipment records of VRF system.
∎ Must have knowledge of basic electrical circuits and devices.
∎ Maintaining/Scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC/VRF system.
∎ The supervisor must provide daily installation and maintenance updates.
∎ Monitoring and checking all parameters of HVAC / VRF system.
∎ Cleaning of Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Fan Coil Unit (FCU) filters as per schedule.
∎ Identifying all equipment maintenance hazards and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
