Experience:
Supervise and manage employees.
Manages all day-to-day operations.
Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees` absence.
Develop and implement strategies for achieving food and beverage goals and supports the achievement of the company goals.
Manage all culinary, food, and beverage operations.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Take ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
Manage the entire restaurant operation.
Plan new and update existing menus.
Verify all banquet functions are up to standard and exceed guest`s expectations.
Must be proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: cash operating and closing, beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports.
Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of beverage preparation and service.
Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
Respond quickly and proactively to employee`s concerns.
Encourage and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; demonstrate honesty/integrity.
Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
Ensuring Booking & guest reservations are processed accurately.
Undertaking various kitchen-related tasks and help the kitchen if any problem arises including slow delivery of food after order is placed.
To forecast and make sure correct food stock levels are in place on a daily basis.
Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Perform any other tasks assign by Management
