Job Context:
∎ Duration: From 15 October 2019 to 15 March 2020
∎ Reporting Line: The volunteer will report Senior Program Officer-G&WL and Technical Supervision will be provided by Sr. MEAL Officer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In this role, your objective is to assist project focal person in analyzing data collected from the field and from different sources, drafting reports, developing IEC materials, etc.
∎ You will work with data gathered through Performance Measurement Framework (PMF), Focus Group discussion, Key Informant information, Feedback Survey, etc.
∎ You will be responsible for updating beneficiary database of Creating Spaces Project, drafting reports for NGO Affairs Bureau, Oxfam Canada (OCA), Oxfam GB (OGB), Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK) and for others as and when needed, organizing the launching event of Interactive Voice Record (IVR), and developing develop FD-6, progress report content.
∎ You will help in case story collection form the project Implementation area for showcasing the positive changes in the ground and in translating the project documents especially IEC Material (Pamphlet, Stickers, etc.) for printing and circulating with stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good report writing and editing skills in English and Bengali
∎ Prior experience in data analysis, communication and report writing

Salary:
∎ A motivational allowance of BDT 1000 will be paid to the Volunteer during the period of assignment for transportation and lunch based on actual working days
