∎ Oxfam is celebrating 50 years of presence in Bangladesh and is looking for two competent "Volunteer Communication" who are willing to work extensively with industry experts on a global platform. Young professionals who are passionate about building a career in Media, Communications & beyond will be able to interact with various stakeholders to ensure a triumphant celebration of the 50 Years of Oxfam in Bangladesh.
∎ Job type: Volunteer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum 1 years of work experience in relevant media & communication sectors.
∎ Effective communication & writing skills both in English and Bangla languages.
∎ IT skills in MS office applications are a must.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, an approachable working style, sensitivity to the needs of others.
∎ Show respect for confidentiality.
∎ Proactive in nature and ability to work within a team or independently as required by the job nature.
∎ Sensitivity to gender equality in work practices.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and committed achieve the task within the given deadline.
∎ Creative and has thrived to take the challenge.
∎ Demonstrated ability to identify and implement opportunities for innovation.
∎ Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities.
∎ Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender mainstreaming, women's rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work
Salary:
∎ We will provide an inspirational remuneration for food and local conveyance purpose (BDT. 1000/= for each working day).
