∎ Ability to execute the given POSM as per the guideline
∎ Sound knowledge regarding POSM materials
∎ Sound communication & negotiation skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable to perform as per the KPI parameter.
∎ Extensive market visit.
∎ Ensure all field and retail execution, retail setup etc. as per guideline.
∎ Coordinate with Vendor, MEL Central & Mother Company to ensure efficient, effective and proper execution as per guideline.
∎ Ensure planogram wise retail set up & retail hygiene.
∎ As per requirement reporting to MEL HQ.
∎ Product stock check.
∎ Ensure planogram as per guideline at each retail.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1-year experience in sales or marketing.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 21000 (Monthly)
