Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good command of email correspondence and writing/speaking in English.
∎ Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives.
∎ Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligning with the Mission and Vision of the Management of this Agency.
∎ Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges in the market. Use this information to refine sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Foster strong relationships with key Agents and Passengers.
∎ Manage corporate Principles through Whatsapp/emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Ensure Agents/Passengers satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Develop sales and marketing materials, presentations, and collateral to support sales efforts.
∎ Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a pleasing personality.
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
∎ Explain Visa/products or services and prices and answer questions from Agents/Pax.
∎ Make calls & visit to enhance new Agent base.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share
