Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Visa & Package Consultant to join our team and enrich our travel and tourism services.
Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently.
Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain and update reservation records in the system.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Support the sales team by providing necessary reservation details and assistance
