Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process visa applications for various countries according to the respective embassies' guidelines.
∎ Communicate effectively with clients, embassies, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth visa processing.
∎ Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with visa requirements.
∎ Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information regarding visa procedures.
∎ Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and keep colleagues informed.
∎ Hotel booking, ticketing & Passport support.
∎ Visa for Country Visa Processing with detailed knowledge for tourist Visa. (India, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, KSA, On arrival, E visa, ETA, Transit Visa. Turkey, Dubai, Qatar, Uzbekistan. Uk, Schengen, Australia, USA, Canada).
