Responsibilities & Context:
- Process tourist & business visas ( Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Canada, etc.)
- Guide clients through documentation & interview processes
- Liaise with embassies and consulates
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations
- Advise clients and improve approval success rates
