Job Responsibilities:
Communicate smartly and professionally with clients
Handle client inquiries both in-person and over the phone
Guide clients about visa processes and requirements
Convince clients and receive application files
Participate in regular meetings with senior counsellors
Work responsibly and maintain a positive attitude
