• Age 18 to 60 years

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Bangla & English).
• Knowledge of different country visa processes (Schengen, Middle East, Asia, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email communication).
• Ability to work with deadlines and maintain accuracy.

• Provide end-to-end support in visa application processing for various countries.

• Assist clients in preparing necessary documents and completing application forms.

• Communicate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities regarding visa procedures.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, rules, and regulations.

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.

• Track applications, update clients, and ensure timely submission of all documents.

• Coordinate with the ticketing team and management for client travel arrangements.
