Additional Requirements:

• Age 18 to 60 years

• Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Good knowledge of airline routes, fares, and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre GDS systems.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Ticketing Officer with hands-on experience in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets through GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Provide accurate fare quotations and booking support to customers.
• Handle reservations, refunds, and schedule changes.
• Ensure compliance with IATA rules and airline guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Maintain records of ticketing transactions and coordinate with airlines for special requests.
