We are looking for an experienced and proactive Visa Manager to lead our visa consultancy operations. The Visa Manager will oversee the entire visa application process, manage a team of consultants, and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in visa policies and immigration processes, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and train the visa consultancy team to ensure top-quality service.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.

• Monitor visa applications, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and compliance with policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities.

• Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and visa regulations globally.

• Handle complex cases, visa rejections, and escalations from clients.

• Manage client communications and provide personalized consultation to key clients.

• Prepare performance reports and ensure the team meets targets and deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal departments to align visa services with other company offerings.
