Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service

• Diploma in Business Studies
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Business Management (MBM)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service

• Age 25 to 50 years

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant education in Business, Law, or related fields.

• 1-2 years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or travel consulting.

• Familiarity with visa policies, application procedures, and immigration regulations.Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & verbal).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Guide clients through the visa application process for study, work, and travel visas.Ensure that all documentation is correctly prepared and submitted within deadlines.

• Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and any changes in procedures.Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to facilitate applications.

• Provide visa counseling and pre-departure guidance to clients.

• Assist in tracking the status of visa applications and follow up with clients regarding updates.

• Manage records and ensure that customer data is accurate and confidential.

• Offer tailored solutions for complex cases and rejected applications
