∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree or relevant education in Business, Law, or related fields.
∎ 1-2 years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or travel consulting.
∎ Familiarity with visa policies, application procedures, and immigration regulations.Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & verbal).
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
∎ Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guide clients through the visa application process for work, and travel visas.Ensure that all documentation is correctly prepared and submitted within deadlines.
∎ Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and any changes in procedures.Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to facilitate applications.
∎ Provide visa counseling and pre-departure guidance to clients.
∎ Assist in tracking the status of visa applications and follow up with clients regarding updates.
∎ Manage records and ensure that customer data is accurate and confidential.
∎ Offer tailored solutions for complex cases and rejected applications
