∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in visa processing for US, Canada, UK, and Schengen countries
∎ Proven track record of successful visa approvals is a plus
∎ Strong knowledge of visa categories and embassy procedures
∎ Excellent English communication and writing skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients
∎ Computer literacy is a must (MS Office, email correspondence, etc.)
∎ Honest, reliable, and highly organized

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle end-to-end visa processing for US, Canada, UK, and Schengen countries
∎ Guide clients on visa requirements, document preparation, and interview procedures
∎ Fill out application forms and review client documents for accuracy and completeness
∎ Liaise with embassies, visa centers, and other relevant authorities
∎ Stay updated on the latest visa policies, immigration laws, and embassy rules
∎ Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client communication
∎ Prepare visa files and ensure timely submission
∎ Manage confidential client information with care and discretion
