Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide expert visa counseling and guidance to corporate clients and individual travelers for various destinations, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Schengen, UK, USA, and Canada.
∎ Handle visa application procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specific country regulations.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest visa requirements, immigration laws, and embassy or consulate guidelines for the specified destinations.
∎ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel plans and the purpose of the visit, offering tailored advice accordingly.
∎ Assist clients in compiling and organizing the necessary documentation for their visa applications.
∎ Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Collaborate with other teams to streamline the visa application process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
∎ Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple visa applications simultaneously.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Visa counselor, specifically handling visas for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Schengen, UK, USA, and Canada.
∎ Familiarity with visa regulations, immigration processes, and embassy or consulate procedures for the specified countries.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
∎ Experience in handling visa applications for corporate clients will be highly advantageous.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage and track multiple visa applications.
∎ Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
