∎ Proactively inform clients about the range of services offered via phone.
∎ Provide detailed and accurate information to clients during face-to-face interactions.
∎ Engage directly with customers to build rapport and effectively persuade them to utilize our services.
∎ Stay updated with the latest immigration and visa policy changes, embassy requirements, and procedural updates to ensure clients receive current and reliable information.
∎ Communicate policy updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Guide clients in gathering, organizing, and verifying necessary documents for their immigration and visa processes.
∎ Ensure documentation meets all required standards to avoid processing delays.
∎ Maintain punctuality and ensure consistent presence in the office during designated working hours.
∎ Adhere to organizational standards of professionalism in all client interactions.
∎ Client Communication
